There is nothing as amazing as waking up to the beautiful sanctuary and its awesome residents! Peaceful, relaxing and often quite entertaining, animal lovers will not
be disappointed with a stay at Rooterville.
Your real 1800's style covered wagon is gorgeously appointed with luxury linens, mattress and handmade furniture. The bed is so comfy, you may have a hard time getting out of it! That's OK, you're here to relax and enjoy yourselves.

This is the perfect way to spend special time with the one you love. Enjoy coffee on your porch as you watch the animals searching the grass for tasty treats. Watch the ducks in the pond right across the yard. Feed the cows and horses a snack before you get ready for your day. Relax to the sound of the fountain in our little pond and maybe
see the bald eagles come by for a meal.

Enjoy the blessings the country has to offer! Your wagon overlooks the beautiful pond with a relaxing fountain that is lit up at night. Spend time reconnecting around the campfire, enjoy time relaxing most anywhere on the property. Feel free to move the chaise lounges wherever you like. We have a beautiful tent with comfortable seating in between the cows and the pigs areas and a lovely picnic pavilion with netting to keep unwanted critters out. We've not missed any detail to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable time possible. If you have need of anything, please ask!

Feed the cows and horses treats or watch the ducks on the pond. There's a great playground area for the kids at the front of the sanctuary and goodminton and yard darts at the wagon. We have many board games available too, just ask!
